⋒ Know your WHY: Why you wanted to begin in the first place, what motivated you to do this for yourself, what areas of your life need it the most? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⋒ Schedule it: Getting used to a structure of routine and daily habits will keep you accountable with your daily journaling. Scheduling it in the morning, or before bed is recommended because than the tasks you want to compete that day are fresh in your mind.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⋒ Make it Visible: Keep your planner on your desk, night stand or kitchen counter. Somewhere where you are going to see it and be reminded of it on the daily. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⋒ Keep it Simple: Try not to overwhelm yourself with scheduling too much in each day. Set attainable small tasks for yourself and remember to check them off as you complete them!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⋒ Be Intentional: Make what you write down matter!
